Another Bazos thing (I swear I’m not a fanboy): its possible to disagree and commit.
That is, you don’t have to agree with everything that goes on in an organization. You can disagree with a project’s direction or a new initiative, and yet still commit yourself to contributing.
“I disagree and commit”.
