When scoping out a project, the possibilities can be overwhelming.
Sometimes it’s helpful to start with what’s not possible.
- What are the limitations?
- What can’t we do with the technology we have?
- What’s going to be such a big lift that it isn’t worth doing?
Sometimes it’s helpful to ask these questions as a project progresses as well. To continue evaluating constraints and adjusting the scope of your project accordingly.
